Keeping a planner and utilizing note taking are valuable tools in goal setting. The better organized you are, the better you’ll be able to accomplish your goals. Sometimes ideas flow even better or more clearly when you write them down on paper.

It is vital to value your body and health. Working out and eating healthy provides additional energy and inspiration to each day. Everyone is different, so always do what works for You. What I have learned is that routines are one of the best tools when it comes to fitness. I save time to workout before I get ready for my day. Others may save time to workout after they get off work, or during their work day, or even a combination of these times. Others may save time for fitness a few days a week. But whichever form of fitness or routine you like, just do what you like Best.

Working out could be as simple as: walking, jogging and stretching. It does not have to be an intense form of workout. About 15-30 minutes is still valuable time. Of course, there may be exceptional days where you break routine with a busy schedule, but that is completely alright. Just keep in mind that your health and body is important.

As for eating healthy, you don’t have to be a health nut, but make sure you’re eating your vital food groups. Focus on buying food and making meals at home more often than eating out. Or pack a lunch and take it with you. Once again, there are always those exceptional days but do your best to eat healthy.
